Customer Review: The perfect pencil!
If you like to work crossword puzzles or sketch, this is perfect--darker lead than no. 2 pencils and very easy to erase. The only problem is that no. 1 pencils are so hard to find. Of the few brands available, Ticonderoga is way better.

We were looking for pencils with a darker lead. These are nice but still not dark enough. Good quality pencils.
